Verification Support Specialist

As a Verification Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in confirming the interest of submitted leads and forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer. You will also be responsible for accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system while maintaining the confidentiality of customers' sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirming lead interest through effective communication
  • Forwarding qualified leads to retailers
  • Updating and categorizing leads in the system
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
