Job Overview

Primeline Products Phil. Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and preparing accurate reports.

  • Monitors inventory levels and prepares timely reports.
  • Coordinates shipments and ensures timely delivery of goods to destinations.
  • Assists in implementing policies and procedures to improve operations and functions of each concerned personnel per section.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Breaks down projects into tasks, assigns responsibilities, and sets deadlines.
  2. Organizes meetings (internal and external), responds to inquiries, and supports the Workshop team on reports, documentations, and presentations.
  3. Manages office inventory, i.e., supplies and assets of the Company; and expenses of the Department.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
