Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with customers to resolve queries and issues, ensuring timely invoicing and payment allocation, reviewing customer credit applications, and maintaining our Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).

You will also be required to work closely with sales representatives and managers to process sales and hire deals efficiently, and to maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration.
  2. Proven track record of handling customer liaison, invoicing, and credit applications.
  3. Experience working with KPIs.
  4. Proficiency in operating sales CRMs.
  5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
