About the Role


We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at RCX Philippines. As a key member of our environmental team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and laws.



Key Responsibilities

  • Attend all permitting and registration requirements before construction, installation, or operation of pollution sources and control facilities
  • Ensure proper performance, operation, and maintenance of environmental management facilities
  • Monitor compliance with the requirements specified in the environmental compliance certificate
  • Conduct environmental audits, assessments, and manage regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impacts and ensure a culture of environmental responsibility


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering or any related field
  • Preferably with DENR Certificate of Accreditation as Pollution Control Officer
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, pollution control, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards relevant to logistics operations
  • Leadership skills to drive environmental initiatives and foster a culture of environmental responsibility
