We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the migration of our operations into a cutting-edge business management system. This includes inventory, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations.

This position is ideal for someone who can develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless data transfer, set up user roles and permissions, and integrate multiple platforms.

Key Requirements
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to migrate legacy systems into the Zoho ecosystem (Inventory, CRM, Books, Invoices)
  • Ensure accurate and efficient transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems
  • Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication
  • Provide training and support for internal stakeholders on Zoho functionality and best practices
  • Continuously monitor and maintain the system, resolving issues promptly
  • Design reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, Creator)
  • A proven track record of full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows
  • Experience integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
