We are looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance Principal to join our team and support our entity's CEO and Group Head of Compliance and Risk in carrying out their second-line function.

Risk Function
  • The role involves formulating, reviewing, and implementing risk-related policies and procedures under our governance framework, taking into account internal requirements and local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with local departments and sub-teams, as well as Group Risk & Compliance counterparts, to address applicable risk-related Group-wide requirements under our governance framework.
  • Provide feedback on internal risk and control assessment reports prepared under our Investment Operational Risk and Control Assessment Policy, covering all relevant departments and sub-teams at our entity.
  • Influence our organization's Risk Management culture over the long term and attend to regulatory issues relating to risk management.
Compliance Function
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance monitoring program to ensure timely reporting of monitoring results in accordance with relevant local policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework to ensure adherence to relevant local regulations.
  • Liaise with industry and regulatory bodies as necessary and provide constructive feedback to our Executive Committee and Board.
  • Conduct induction sessions on local policies and procedures owned by the compliance function.
