The role of a Community Engagement Manager involves creating and executing strategies to foster engagement and communication within the community. This includes developing and implementing plans to promote collaboration, facilitate information sharing, and enhance overall community satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage effective communication strategies to engage with community members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize goals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide requirements and monitor progress.
- Act as a point of contact for community engagement processes and participate in onboarding newcomers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High-level relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in customer service focused positions.
- Fluency in a language other than English.
