Job Description

  1. Main Responsibilities: Ensure that goods produced adhere to established quality standards by observing and checking raw materials and finished products for visible defects and conducting various tests on samples drawn.
  2. Key Tasks: Accept or reject lots based on sample checks, assist in implementing quality control programs, and prepare training manuals and quality guidelines.
  3. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct physico-chemical tests based on laboratory procedures and quality plans for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
  4. Inspection and Checking: Conduct inspections and checks within the production plant to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
  • At least 1 to 2 years related working experience and/or in the food industry or manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025.
  • Able to work in a hot/cold environment and willing to work on shifting schedules in CEBU.
