About the Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be working closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will be responsible for creating and expediting purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and procuring materials from accredited suppliers

• Creating and expediting purchase orders to meet business demands

• Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding delivery dates, orders, and returns

• Resolving any delivery issues that may arise

Requirements

• Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of procurement processes and procedures
