We are seeking a skilled Video Editor who excels at creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for storytelling and visual design.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for editing and optimizing videos that showcase our brand's values and connect with our community. You will work closely with our founder to ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 seconds each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive, including basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  • Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a consistent visual style across all content.
  • Write engaging captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder for approvals, take creative feedback well, and make necessary revisions.

Role Requirements:

  • Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching our brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently.
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of youth trends and content.
  • Creative and able to work with little supervision.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other editing tools.
