Role Description

This role is a blend of strategy and hands-on execution, managing all aspects of the Shopify platform to meet business goals.

Maintaining brand consistency, improving site performance, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty are key responsibilities.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content, pricing, and product information.
  • Manage third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities
  • Store Management & Operations:
    • Implement operational efficiency to streamline workflows and optimize resources.
    • Regularly review analytics to inform data-driven decisions and improve site performance.
    • Ensure seamless integration with third-party services to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Brand & Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop multi-channel brand marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand message across touchpoints.
    • Monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track key e-commerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to inform A/B testing and site optimization initiatives.
    • Enhance search engine visibility and user experience through SEO and UX improvements.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Lead collaboration efforts between design, development, and project management teams.
    • Translate creative vision into actionable requirements for developers.
    • Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget project execution.
  • Customer Experience & Communication:
    • Ensure exceptional customer experiences from browsing to post-purchase support.
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback and foster brand loyalty.
    • Work with customer service teams to address concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
