Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to oversee the delivery of technology solutions across multiple domains, including product development, data platforms, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to manage complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable progress at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal and client-facing projects, from planning through delivery
  • Lead the delivery of internal product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers
  • Oversee projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams
  • Ensure strong documentation, status tracking, and proactive risk and issue management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project governance standards
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Prince2 (certification preferred but not essential)
  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks — strong conceptual understanding required
  • Exposure to projects involving data/ETL workflows, dashboards, or cloud infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness — able to align project delivery with business priorities and value
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams concurrently
