Job Title:
A modern Graphic Designer is required to create visually appealing content for various platforms, including blogs, YouTube, eCommerce, social media, and digital products.
About the RoleThis Graphic Designer role involves designing images, thumbnails, banners, social templates, and branding materials that look clean, modern, and built for conversion. The ideal candidate will work directly with senior leadership and content teams to deliver high-performing visual content.
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, Pinterest pins, and short-form video overlays
- Create high-quality blog cover images, product images, eBook covers, and lead magnets
- Support the YouTube team with thumbnail designs and visual branding
- Assist in PR campaign visuals (feature images, infographics, profile kits)
- Maintain consistent design templates and style across platforms
- Participate in creative meetings and execute fast-turnaround requests
Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional experience in design or a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color balance
- Ability to follow visual briefs and adapt to brand guidelines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Responsive on messaging platforms for daily updates
- Minimum: 8GB RAM, i5 processor or M1 Mac equivalent
- Access to Canva Pro or Adobe Suite installed
- Mobile phone used for check-ins, task updates, and file review; must be stable and interruption-free
