**Job Description:** As a Senior Business Analyst – BI & Analytics, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing data solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights through analytics. You will work closely with data warehouse architects and ETL developers to design data models, ETL processes, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for BI and analytics solutions.
  2. Preparing requirements, design specifications, and test case documents.
  3. Working closely with Data Warehouse (DW) architects and ETL developers to design data models, ETL processes, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  4. Collaborating with Business Objects and Tableau developers to design and develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  5. Leading the cross-functional team to achieve project goals as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BI & Analytics field.
  3. Extensive experience in user engagement for requirements, design/mockup of reporting solutions, test case design & UAT coordination.
  4. Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
  5. Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Knowledge & experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce is a plus.
  9. Reporting & dashboard development using SAP BI, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
