About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Project Coordinator to join our team at SMDC. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of our condo projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing and monitoring the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction projects.

You will also be responsible for facilitating the conduct of QA/QC inspections on workmanship, as well as overseeing and responsible for the assessment, evaluation, and approval of project billings (contractors & suppliers) in compliance to SAP billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the development of condo projects
  • Facilitate the conduct of QA/QC inspections on workmanship
  • Oversee and responsible for the assessment, evaluation, and approval of project billings (contractors & suppliers)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering field and possessing a valid PRC license or its equivalent
  • A combined 10+ years of project management experience on horizontal and/or vertical developments in established developer companies
  • Three (3)+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
