Key Objectives

The primary objective of this role will be to develop and implement effective corporate branding strategies that enhance our employer branding and corporate communications initiatives. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and developing targeted campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with the ULSSI Corporate Brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate branding strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of consumer campaigns designed to increase awareness and engagement with the ULSSI Corporate Brand.
  • Coordinate internal events and activations to foster a sense of pride and engagement among employees, aligning with Corporate Branding objectives.
  • Manage communication channels and orchestrate external activations to increase brand visibility and goodwill.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4 year degree course, preferred degree: Business Administration, Communications / Communications Tech, Management.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in related fields/industry.
  • Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.
