Job Summary:

A seasoned finance professional is sought after to oversee the financial planning and analysis functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The successful candidate will lead the development of financial plans, manage budgets, and provide analytical support to business leaders. A deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles and experience with NetSuite are essential requirements for this role.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets
  • Manage financial reporting, including variance analysis and dashboard development
  • Partner with business leaders to identify areas of improvement and drive strategic decision-making

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models
