Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouseman to join our team at Subic Drydock Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receiving and Inspection: Assist in the receipt of incoming materials, conduct inspections, and prepare reports for Quality Assurance.
  2. Inventory Management: Check material issue notes, ensure proper authorization, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  3. Housekeeping and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, arrange materials efficiently, and adhere to best housekeeping practices.
  4. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with requisitioning departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain effective communication.
  5. Record Keeping and Compliance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, implement and comply with warehousing procedures, and maintain inventory levels.
  6. Physical Inventory and Stock Management: Conduct monthly physical inventory, record and update stock card issuances, and ensure availability of fast-moving stock materials.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Purchasing Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
