Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our travel and tour offerings and drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote our travel packages and services.
  • Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to reach and attract potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering innovative marketing solutions.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
