Graphic Design Virtual Assistant Role

This role focuses on creating visually compelling designs across digital and print media in the apparel niche.

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in using Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and possess excellent photo editing skills. They should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback. This includes managing multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Generate AI models and manipulate products on AI models using AI tools, especially for apparel design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
