Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to focus on software testing, emphasizing release and regression testing. This pivotal role is instrumental in maintaining high quality standards and promoting excellence throughout the product suite.

The primary responsibilities of this position include performing QA testing on individual tickets with a strong emphasis on release and regression testing. Manual testing will be executed with opportunities to contribute to automation testing.

  • Perform thorough testing of software releases and identify defects or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Execute manual testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively.
  • Demonstrate a drive to completing work and willingness to support projects by delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in executing regression testing and identifying defects or issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
