Job Description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to develop and refine features with our cross-functional team across the full stack. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, responsiveness, and business impact.

The Role

This is a mid-senior level position that involves working on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to refining existing ones. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with product designers, breaking down project requirements into actionable steps, and implementing best practices in coding standards and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine features with a cross-functional team
  • Uphold and improve coding standards and streamline deployment processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including familiarity with react-query
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
  • Working with public cloud services is like second nature to you
  • You have worked with Redis and cloud-based queue systems
  • You have worked with product designers and are capable of converting designs from tools like Figma into high-quality React components
  • You have experience collaborating closely with product managers to break down project requirements into actionable, iterative steps
  • Security is massively important to you and you take care to implement best practices
  • You believe in iterative development, release, get feedback, and improvement to take a project from initial requirements to release
  • Testing is at the heart of your development philosophy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software
Nice to Have
  • You are analytical and like to find interesting trends in data
  • You have an interest in LLMs and explored projects utilizing OpenAI APIs or similar
  • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Ability to design and implement ML models
