Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Crossworks Training and Consulting Corp. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines. As a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, and work collaboratively to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Generate new leads, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and work with the sales team to drive new business
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our services

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably but not necessarily with some background in the training and consulting industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and find creative solutions
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
