Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge performance testing solutions. As a Performance Test Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, develop and maintain test scripts, and analyze results to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Define performance test approaches for specific applications;
  • Identify and prioritize performance test cases;
  • Develop and maintain test scripts;
  • Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations on approach and performance test scripts;
  • Liaise with project team members to ensure overall project delivery success;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Apply innovative methods, processes, and tools to enable cost-effective Defect Prevention activities;
  • Document test results and collate test artifacts;
  • Report test incidents and/or defects in accordance with agreed severity and priority;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling End-to-End performance testing;
  • Experience in setting up performance test workloads/scenarios for different performance test types;
  • Hands-on experience in the development/creation of performance test scripts using JMeter at least for the Web and API protocols;
  • Experience with other performance testing tools such as HP LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester (RPT), or Gatling;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
