Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans that align with client objectives and local regulations, ensuring accurate calculations.
  • Analyze procurement offers and provide expert guidance to ensure optimal results.
  • Support procurement by endorsing suitable subcontractors or suppliers.
  • Create detailed CAD drawings as required.
  • Inspect sites to verify compliance with design specifications and assist with resolving technical issues during project execution.
  • Assess existing installations and prepare comprehensive Site Assessment Reports when necessary.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage document tracking and perform additional tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2-7 years of experience in design, cost estimation, and QS-oriented tasks related to MEPFS, HVAC systems, piping systems, etc.
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of Planswift software is advantageous.
  • Proficient in interior fit-out project implementation.
  • Familiarity with technical design and implementation.
