Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced customer service professional to provide high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in our healthcare account management department.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in handling healthcare accounts, specifically with experience in EMR systems and a background in collections.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients utilizing EMR systems.
- Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate EMR system effectively
- Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of EMR software.
- Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to healthcare clients via phone, email, or other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure quality service delivery.
