About the Position

This position is ideal for a sales professional who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Telecommunications Consultant, you will be responsible for selling postage meter supplies to existing business clients via high-volume outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing business clients to promote products and close sales.
  • Overcoming objections by positioning product benefits and current promotions.
  • Partnering with internal teams to resolve errors and client escalations.
  • Achieving monthly sales quotas and productivity goals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of OUTBOUND calling experience in a high call volume setting.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals set by others.
  • Intermediate PC skills, with a strong ability to work in multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer and internet troubleshooting.
