Job Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of data analysis to consistently optimize customer experience, marketing efforts, inventory efficiency, and operations excellence. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
  • Design and execute data analysis projects to address specific business challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and communicate findings effectively
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance practices and monitoring data pipelines
  • Proactively identify and explore new data sources and opportunities for data-driven innovation
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and technologies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel, PowerBI and other data + BI solutions
  • Experience working with APIs and data integration tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Strong project management and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve data-related problems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for using data to drive business outcomes

Work Arrangements
  • Fully remote work setup
  • Morning shift (5am to 2pm PH time)
