Customer Service Representative Opportunity

The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer service meets contractual performance metrics
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution in a timely manner
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare accurate and complete work, including notation of accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
  • Courteousness with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC applications
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dependability with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, including flexibility and adaptability
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member or independently
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional tone and manner
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed
