Enterprise Solution Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and business-focused Enterprise Solution Lead to drive the design and delivery of complex solutions across various platforms. This role is responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring integration alignment, and driving solution delivery across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead end-to-end architectures in support of enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across relevant domains.
  • Define integration strategies between platforms and external systems using middleware or APIs.
  • Guide the configuration, development, and deployment of solutions in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
  • Support data migration planning, security and role design, and change impact analysis.
  • Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise standards, compliance needs, and best practices.
  • Participate in solution review boards, client workshops, and technical governance processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution design and delivery, including 5+ years focused on cloud infrastructure (OCI or hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and configurations in at least one core area: finance, procurement, supply chain, or human capital management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional solution teams and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
