This role combines medical expertise with customer service and sales skills to support our clinic's growth and enhance patient experience. Key responsibilities include:

Medical Information
  • Providing detailed and accurate information about PADRA Clinic's medical services, particularly focusing on hair transplants and other cosmetic procedures.
  • Answering patient inquiries regarding pre- and post-procedure care, treatment options, and general medical concerns.

Sales and Customer Service

  • Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing patients, promoting PADRA Clinic's services.
  • Identifying patient needs and recommending appropriate services and treatments.
  • Converting inquiries into consultations by effectively communicating the benefits of PADRA Clinic's services and scheduling appointments.
  • Following up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information or support.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and transactions in the clinic's CRM system.
  • Participating in ongoing training to improve medical knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Any medical background including call center agent in a healthcare account.
