Job Overview
Neksjob Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst I to join our team. This role involves performing data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization across various business areas.

Salary and Work Setup
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of PHP 18,000 – PHP 21,000, with a hybrid work setup that allows for flexibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting analytics and statistical modeling on business data, defining data requirements, collecting information from multiple sources, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to identify trends and insights. They will also support decision-making through data modeling techniques, provide inputs for Data Science and Big Data Mining projects, and identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency in data processes.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have 1-2 years of experience in analytics or related fields, and demonstrate strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are also essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively, along with leadership potential to support junior team members, is highly valued.
