Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team at D & M Pharma Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as experience in obtaining and developing new clients and business that have translated into consistent long-term partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and present suitable company products, providing clear product information and promoting these by providing product samples. You will also collaborate with clients to prescribe the correct products to end users/patients to ensure effective sales, which means quick turnover of stocks and maximized sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales and Marketing: Assess clients' needs and present suitable company products, provide clear product information, and promote products by providing product samples
• Business Development: Engage and develop new business opportunities in line with the company's business development plan, ensure constant and consistent growth of new customers over the period specified by management
• Admin: Ensure consistent growth in product industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, trainings, and conventions as requested and required by Management and the employee's direct supervisor
