Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Respond promptly to failure incidents, escalate unresolved issues to external support, and serve as a subject matter expert in resolving incidents for infrastructure solutions or devices.
  • Problem Management: Ensure problem identification and recording for investigation and diagnosis, identify underlying causes of incidents to prevent recurrences, and create tasks to work on problem resolution.
  • Patch Management: Continuously monitor the environment for patch compliance, analyze patches for compatibility with each customer or internal infrastructure environment, and ensure that infrastructure solutions have sufficient capacity through continuous monitoring and assessment based on trends and the impact of change requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any related Computer course.
  • At least 1- or 2-years relevant work experience.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts and technologies, including threat management, vulnerability detection and remediation, and incident response.
