About the Position

The successful candidate will lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign delivery. With a focus on creativity, collaboration, and innovation, this leader will foster a positive and productive team culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies, aligning with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Prioritize platform opportunities, emerging trends, and technologies for innovative social campaigns.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for social media initiatives.
Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Oversee creation and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and video teams for high-quality content production.
  • Manage social media budgets, timelines, and resources for timely campaign delivery.
Analytics and Optimization
  • Track, measure, and report on social media campaign performance.
  • Analyze data using analytics tools to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform optimization efforts.
Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists and content creators.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Provide ongoing training and insights into social media trends and best practices.
Client Relations
  • Act as primary social media expert for clients, presenting strategies, performance results, and insights.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creative directors, and other stakeholders to integrate social media into broader marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and content personalization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to pitch strategies and campaigns to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in analytics and scheduling tools.
  • Experience interpreting data to guide decision-making and optimization.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Visionary leadership with ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent project management skills.
