About the Role:

  • Bookkeeping (30%): Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and ensure timely payment collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, caregiver availability, and schedule changes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
  • Process invoices, reconcile accounts payable, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in scheduling or client relations in the homecare or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
