Customer Success Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to champion customer growth and drive business success.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for sharing deep product knowledge, providing innovative solutions, building relationships, and driving customer value.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customers get the most out of their investments.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Encouraging customers to utilize new features that drive business forward
  • Providing insight and relaying customer feedback to internal teams
  • Evaluating churn and downsell risk for each customer and addressing dissatisfaction or feature gaps to drive retention
  • Developing plans to ensure customers are successfully adopting our platform that aligns to their business needs
  • Conducting regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews to ensure customers get the most value out of their investments

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Contact Center technology and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Prior experience with Contact Center technology
  • 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience for a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
