Process Enhancement Professional
Description
This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, focusing on delivering exceptional business support and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the champion of continuous improvement in implementing various initiatives, including coaching project teams and operations review coaching and assessment.
The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, develop competencies across the organization, and design recognition programs to acknowledge and reward achievements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with process optimizers and market account leads to deliver service improvement and productivity initiatives, as well as supporting teams in identifying improvements, automation, and dashboarding opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green / Black Belt)
- At least 3 years' experience in deployment of Continuous Improvement projects
- Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or HR functions
- Expertise in stakeholder management, data analysis tools, and cultural sensitivity
