About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Credentialing Professional to join our team at Theoria Medical. As a leading-edge, innovative, and quality-driven physician group, we continue to expand nationally and seek talented individuals to join our amazing team.

This role is responsible for maintaining licensure and other information for healthcare facilities, onboarding new hires, and obtaining necessary documentation and input information into various databases. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this position, as these specialists spend a lot of time communicating with doctors and healthcare administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of licensure and certifications for healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Coordinating the credentialing process for new hires, including obtaining necessary documents and verifying credentials
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the credentialing process

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of US Healthcare credentialing experience required
  • College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented and organized decision-maker

Physical Requirements

  • Punctuality and adherence to company Time and Attendance policy required
  • Able to remain sitting for majority of shift
