Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the software that powers our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Software Development: Participate in designing, developing, and implementing new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing on your work and others to ensure the reliability of our products.
  • Code Review: Review pull requests, provide constructive guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Enhance your technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Skills: Proficiency in frontend development tools and frameworks, including Vanilla JS and React; competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Awareness: Familiarity with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker).
  • Testing: Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD); knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
