About the Role

As a Technical IT Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and systems. This position is based on leading a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the company's co-working facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support for the company's co-working spaces
  • Lead a team of IT technicians and coordinate their activities to deliver efficient and timely support
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar IT technical leadership role, preferably within the co-working or shared office space industry
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
