Job Description:
The HR & GA Officer plays a crucial role in the overall functions of the HR & General Administration Department. This position assists in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in other HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
- Perform administrative office tasks and operational functions.
- Maintain office facilities; inventory of company properties and supplies.
- Collaborate with other HR & GA PICs from the head office and other branches.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration field.
- Experience specializing in recruitment role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in Santa Rosa City.
- Can start immediately.
