Job Description:

The HR & GA Officer plays a crucial role in the overall functions of the HR & General Administration Department. This position assists in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in other HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training & development, and legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
  • Perform administrative office tasks and operational functions.
  • Maintain office facilities; inventory of company properties and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other HR & GA PICs from the head office and other branches.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration field.
  • Experience specializing in recruitment role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Santa Rosa City.
  • Can start immediately.
