About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and optimizing cross-channel marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels, as well as experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs to identify areas for improvement and develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Crafting impactful marketing strategies in collaboration with channel specialists.
  • Determining budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  • Coordinating with channel teams to ensure alignment with the overarching plan.
  • Researching and analyzing prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
  • Forecasting and pressure-testing projections to align with budgets and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients.
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
