Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analytics Expert to support the program and project governance, ensuring compliance with group and regional requirements on policy, DoA, risk and audit.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and minimum 2 years' experience with Project Management/Delivery experience.

They must have excellent understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and project management frameworks; covering both the traditional waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.

This role involves executing an effective portfolio governance framework and project delivery process in conjunction with leadership on portfolio oversight & reporting.

You will provide line of sight for all functions (i.e. risk, compliance, etc.) in project approvals and the portfolio pipeline.

You will also monitor, control and report progress at the portfolio, program and project level, to track and report the project portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical & metrics management skills, experience with Project Financials and Resource Management, strong communication and verbal skills.

Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.

Experience with Planview, SharePoint, PowerBI, experiences in developing and maintaining reports (eg. ad-hoc reports/excel reports, etc.).
