Job Description

As a key member of the Infrastructure Shared Services team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated, the Senior Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing network solutions that drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures. They will be responsible for modernizing our network infrastructure, deploying new technologies, and ensuring seamless migration and testing of new solutions.

The Senior Network Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. They will be responsible for performing new and current design assessments, designing standard sets of LAN and WAN models, and participating in all required tests, including failover and validation of internet breakout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
  • Modernize our network infrastructure by deploying new technologies
  • Ensure seamless migration and testing of new solutions
  • Perform new and current design assessments
  • Design standard sets of LAN and WAN models
  • Participate in all required tests, including failover and validation of internet breakout
  • Lead network fault and incident management
  • Pro-actively ensure stability, response time, operational consistency, and life cycle over the network
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering
  • Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
  • Ability to understand business constraints and evaluate local risks
