Customer Support Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, handling general inbound inquiries, and assisting with order placements.

This is a full-time, permanent position designed for individuals who are fluent in English, quick-thinking, clear, and efficient in communication, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers in placing orders via phone
  • Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate call and order records
  • Represent the company positively and uphold excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support (voice support preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work independently from home
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
