Role Overview

A Contract Associate Learning Designer is required to support the creation and delivery of exceptional learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to co-design and create innovative learning experiences.
  • Support team work with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Work independently or as part of a distributed team using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Write high-quality student-facing materials aligned with industry standards and qualifications frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with client stakeholders, colleagues, and other partners.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with experience working in education.
  • Understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and innovation.
  • Experience with digital education technologies, including learning management systems and interactive media.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and autonomy while focusing on continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Capacity to utilize and critically evaluate emerging learning technologies and apply approaches to innovation and improvement in teaching and learning practices.
