Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software testers and quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest quality products are delivered on time.

• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures that align with business objectives and priorities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and marketing, to identify and resolve issues that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
