DevOps Operations Manager

We seek an experienced leader to spearhead our daily agile operations, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for organizing and driving internal projects, mentoring engineers to enhance their skills, identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing structured processes, ensuring focus on priorities and deliverables, and meeting service level agreements worldwide.
The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record of excellence, experience in software delivery using infrastructure as code, management of devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings, understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality, technical aptitude for complex distributed systems, expertise with cloud topologies and technologies, and ability to travel occasionally for company events.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with Ubuntu system administration, agile development methodologies, and leadership of distributed teams.
