Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical liaison between our platform and clients responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations while providing superior customer support.
  • Combine strong development skills with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects.
Key Performance Areas
  1. Integration Development (40%) Build deploy API integrations create CSV export solutions develop two-way payroll integration implementations.
  2. Customer Interaction (30%) Conduct client meetings provide ongoing technical support translate business requirements into technical specifications maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Custom Solution Creation (10%) Develop custom career sites build custom tools and reporting solutions create custom tools for Customer Success team.
  4. Production Integration Optimization (20%) Migrate completed integrations optimize integrations document technical processes and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent client-facing skills ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of managing concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and different deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking creative solution development.
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems GitHub.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools.
  • Strong track record of successful customer interaction in technical roles.
  • Must be willing to work during US hours.
  • Previous experience in SaaS implementation or professional services preferred.
